In 2020, two brothers - Mohamed and Ibrahim Arafa - had a single belief: Egypt deserved a burger made entirely from premium, hand-cut ingredients, prepared from scratch. No shortcuts. No pre-made patties.
One brother left his stable job and sold his car to fund the dream. Together, they opened a tiny kitchen in Maadi and started with just 3,000 orders. Word spread fast - Roufy's wasn't like anything else.
By 2024, they had scaled to 20 million EGP in revenue, a team of 40 people, and 45,000 orders from a single branch. That momentum carried them to the bright lights of Shark Tank Egypt Season 3, where they pitched their vision for central kitchens and nationwide expansion.
