Overview

This website and digital ordering experience are operated for Roufy's. Throughout the site, the terms we, us, and our refer to Roufy's.

By visiting our website, browsing the menu, scanning a QR code, placing an order, making a payment, or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms together with referenced policies, including our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website or ordering service. Roufy's may update these Terms at any time, and continued use means you accept posted updates.


Section 1: Website and Ordering Service

Roufy's provides a digital experience that may allow users to:

  • Browse the Roufy's menu.
  • View product information and prices.
  • Scan a QR code at a table.
  • Place dine-in orders.
  • Place pickup or other available order types.
  • Review order details.
  • Make digital payments where available.
  • Access related restaurant services.

Section 2: Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, including name, phone number, table number, branch, pickup details, delivery details, and payment information when required.

You are responsible for checking selected items, quantities, modifiers, branch, table, pickup time, and total price before submitting an order.

Roufy's is not responsible for mistakes caused by incorrect customer-entered information.


Section 3: Dine-In QR Ordering

If you scan a QR code at a Roufy's table, the code may be linked to a specific branch, table, or ordering session.

You agree not to misuse table QR codes, place fake orders, interfere with another table's order, or attempt to access a bill or order that does not belong to you.

Orders placed through table QR codes may be sent directly to the restaurant team or kitchen depending on branch setup.


Section 4: Orders, Acceptance, and Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance by Roufy's.

  • An item is unavailable.
  • A branch is closed or unable to receive orders.
  • There is a pricing, menu, or technical error.
  • The order appears fraudulent, abusive, or incorrect.
  • The customer provides incomplete or inaccurate information.
  • The restaurant is unable to fulfill the order for operational reasons.

Section 5: Menu, Pricing, and Product Information

Roufy's makes reasonable efforts to display items, descriptions, prices, images, modifiers, and availability accurately.

Menu information may change without notice and may vary by branch, time, or operating conditions.

Images are for presentation and may not exactly match the final served product.


Section 6: Allergies and Dietary Information

Customers are responsible for informing Roufy's staff about allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions before ordering.

While ingredient information may be provided where available, Roufy's cannot guarantee any item is free from allergens or cross-contamination.

If you have a serious allergy, speak directly with branch staff before ordering.


Section 7: Payments

Where online payment is available, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By paying, you agree to applicable provider terms and policies. Roufy's does not store full card details.

Payment confirmation does not always mean the order has been accepted or prepared. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, Roufy's reviews refund eligibility under the Refund Policy.


Section 8: Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, replacements, and order corrections are handled according to Roufy's Refund Policy.

Because food is prepared fresh and is perishable, refunds are generally unavailable once an order has been prepared, served, dispatched, or collected unless there is a confirmed issue.


Section 9: Offers, Promotions, and Discounts

Roufy's may offer discounts, promotions, bundles, loyalty benefits, or limited-time offers.

Promotions may be changed, suspended, or cancelled at any time and may be limited by branch, products, dates, order types, or customers.

Roufy's may reject or cancel promotions that appear misused, duplicated, or applied in error.

Roufy's website and ordering experience may use third-party tools, including payment providers, hosting services, analytics tools, POS integrations, and ordering technology providers.

Roufy's is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, payment network delays, bank processing delays, or technical issues outside its control.

The website states the digital experience is powered by Splitify.


Section 11: Errors, Inaccuracies, and Technical Issues

There may occasionally be errors or omissions related to product descriptions, prices, availability, totals, tax, service charges, promotions, delivery fees, or branch details.

Roufy's reserves the right to correct errors and cancel, refuse, or adjust orders where information is inaccurate, including after submission.

If a technical issue causes an incorrect or duplicate charge, Roufy's reviews refund eligibility under the Refund Policy.
